Wood: Mango
This design was Inspired  by three prominent mountains that watch over the ahupuaʻa of Wailuanuiahoʻano and Kapaʻa. Waiʻaleʻale, the piko of our island towering into the clouds. Makaleha oversees Kapaʻa and Kēalia. Nounou, the moʻo whoʻs face can be seen as you enter Wailuanuiahoʻano. They are connected to appear as diamonds on the corners to remind us that although they seem like separate mauna to us, they are of the same land that protects and nourishes us.
