Kiu Anu
Kiu Anu is the name of a famous wind of Kalāheo. It is known to be a strong northwesterly wind that sweeps through the hills of Kalāheo. Kiu,  meaning to spy or scout and Anu meaning cold. When Pele journeyed to Kauaʻi in search of Lohiʻau. She chanted and named all the wind names of Kauaʻi and Niʻihau. Kiu Anu is mentioned in line 41 of that Chant.
